We are a proud, locally owned Northern Colorado business with nearly 500 homes under our belt across communities like Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, and Wiggins. Because we personally design and build every home, we don’t cut corners on space, functionality, or detail. Fran Burns

Hi, I’m Fran Burns. For over four decades, I’ve been helping people find their place in Northern Colorado, and I still love it as much as I did on day one. I’m more than a broker. I’m a real advocate for the folks I work with. I got my start back in 1980 and earned my managing broker’s license just two years later.
I trained with Wheeler Realty in Greeley, ran their Loveland branch, and then came back to Greeley to focus on new subdivision development and office management. The technical side comes naturally to me, but what I really care about is people. I love getting to know what each family is looking for and helping them find the home that fits just right.
